Chef Simone is incredible! He's so kind, patient and welcoming to everyone. He's very knowledgeable and highly skilled when it comes to food prep, gastronomy and cleanliness. He came fully prepared and guided us through the whole process with a ton of ease. His accent is also adorable, which really brings the whole classic Italian touch to the experience for those searching for authenticity. I booked a private class for my whole family as a birthday gift for my mother, and it went amazingly. It was such a unique idea and an amazing way to bond together. Great knowledge, very friendly. portion was amazing and we were so grateful for the extra food. Good value for money. It would have been nice to be more a part of the cooking as I did indicate that I would like to learn knife techniques and such. I only peeled a carrot. Appointment/event went 2.5 hours overtime and this was a struggle. We never eat that late and it inhibited my enjoyment of the meal. I could hardly eat anything due to usually being in bed before 9:30. I usually do tip but I needed to pay extra for the travel to Limoges. This is the only reason I did not tip.

We very much enjoyed our Mediterranean GF, Vegan cooking experience with Chef Burcu. She is very knowledgeable about ingredients and all aspects of cooking, well organized and our four course preparation moved along seamlessly. And the meal we ate was delicious! The Chef is a very nice individual and didn’t hesitate to explain or answer questions. We highly recommend a cooking class with Chef Burcu!

A great evening with a talented chef, with a world of knowledge. The menu was delicious, and the pasta making was very hands on. We ended up enjoying a wonderful meal at the end, and learned a lot! I would say though that the class is less hands on than I thought, as the pasta itself was the only portion of the meal that we had made. But we were able to observe, and were taught the steps plus more details about the rest of the meal. Thank you Chef Burcu :)

Chef Burcu was very nice! My daughter and I felt very comfortable with her. We had a great time with all the hands on preparation. We found it was a lot of food and my only critic was maybe to have offered for us to take the leftovers of our meal home as we made personal size lasagnas and only had half. Other than that everything was great and every dish was amazing! My daughter and I are excited to make fresh pasta at home now.
