Such a fun night! Chef Eddie was an amazing teacher, giving detailed instructions plus individual feedback and recommendations to everyone who attended. He also taught us a ton about soy sauces and how to mix different ingredients together to make the perfect dumpling dipping sauce. And of course all the food was exceptionally delicious. We've already discussed looking for more Chef Eddie classes to attend in the future!

Daniel hosted a fantastic class. The salad was inspired, hand-making the pasta was incredibly rewarding, and everything tasted fantastic. Non vegans can learn a great deal from Chef Parsati. My niece and I want to cook healthier dishes and this class is what we needed. Chef explains the vegan ingredients as recipes are assembled and followed up with sending an ingredient list after the class. Come learn and enjoy!

The class was excellent. Both in terms of how clear and easy to follow the instructions were, value for money and how well the recipes turned out. Yes, I know that in this age and times, you have plenty of resources to learn anything, especially cooking, but nothing beats the experience of doing it by yourself, handling the ingredients, mixing up things and creating an Instagram worthy, restaurant quality masterpiece. Chef Shameem (I hope I am not mixing up her name) was excellent with her clear instructions and also kept a watchful eye on everyone to make sure the fine line between a great creation and also-ran is not crossed. Overall experience: Great!

WOW!!!! Where do I even begin… First, the class took place in the chefs private home which was incredibly warm and welcoming. The space was very clean and tidy, and chef was so welcoming and professional! The class itself began with a quick snack, compliments of the chef, which was tasty and set the tone for the rest of the time there! From there, we got right into the chopping and cooking, and I literally found myself jumping in place from the excitement of mixing and cooking. She was very clear and concise in her explanations, and very welcoming in our own style of cooking however that presented.. In her words, since I kept saying sorry for my terrible chopping skills, “There is no sorry in this class. You cook and have fun.. That’s all that matters.” I never for a moment felt rushed, or as if I was doing anything wrong. All questions were welcomed and answered, and of course, the food tasted absolutely amazing!! My partner and I were so pleased and so grateful for this wonderful experience, and will be returning for more classes! Thank you, Chef!!!

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed Chef Parsati's class. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about cooking, cultures and traveling and we spent a good amount of time getting to know each other. Her home was very warm and welcoming and we felt like we truly made a home-made meal because the chef made it seem so easy and healthy. Additionally, she offered tips on how to substitute some aspects of the meal as well as what cookware to use. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations. My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum! The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough! Truly a wonderful birthday surprise!

We loved Chef Maggie’s vegan French cooking class. Despite having taken other cooking classes in the past, we learned new knife skills techniques and facts related to the meal from Maggie. She’s a delight to be around and we had fun cooking with her. I especially appreciated that after she would display how to pleat the siu mai and har gow skin, she came around each table to give assistance to those who needed help. Also, qwhen the har gow flour didn't work out, she was prepared for plan B. Her helpers also helped make the class run smooth. The class was fun!!!

Chef Parsati is brilliant and was fantastic at explaining what and why she was doing. I’ve never used CozyMeal before but I am so thankful I found Chef Parsati on CozyMeal. She is an extremely accommodating and knowledgeable chef. Even though Chef Parsati was busy on the day of my booking, she made sure to fit my girlfriend and I in for our class! We had an absolutely amazing class with Chef Motti! I got this experience as a birthday gift for my husband and he said it was the coolest birthday gift! Chef Motti brought over such fresh ingredients and we had an incredible time making pizzas with him. He taught us so much in terms of making the dough, techniques for stretching it, how to properly place the pizzas in the oven, etc. Chef Motti was so kind and patient in answering any and all questions we had, and he was such a delight to spend time with. And to top it all off, the pizzas (and all the other food) were SO tasty!!! Some of the best pizza I've ever had. And we had plenty for leftovers! (He was also so efficient and thorough with all the clean-up after the cooking.) I would HIGHLY recommend this class, or any other experiences, with Chef Motti.

We had a really great experience with Chef Eddie at the dumpling making class. Eddie was super friendly and a great host for the evening. We had a lot of fun making the dumplings and Eddie was awesome about coming around to help give each of us tips on our technique as we went. Getting a feel for what the wrappers should feel like and how to pleat them was essential and it made us feel ready to recreate the dumplings at home. The dumplings turned out delicious and the braised pork that Eddie made for us was also delicious. Would highly recommend this class to others!
